Lomariw Product Warranty and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Lomariw niche department store products! To protect your legal rights and clearly define the scope of product after-sales service, we have established this policy. It covers the warranty for headphones and return/exchange rules for other products. Please read carefully.

I. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all niche department store products operated by Lomariw in the United States, including digital items (headphones, power banks, mice, chargers), sports and fitness gear (dumbbells, badminton rackets), stationery and office supplies (pens), and home essentials (cups, chopsticks, toothbrushes).

II. Warranty and Return/Exchange Rules

(A) Headphone Product Warranty Rules

  1. Warranty Period: Headphones come with a three-month free warranty from the date you receive the goods.

  2. Warranty Coverage: During the warranty period, if there are non-human-induced quality issues with the headphones (such as sound anomalies, inability to charge, button malfunctions), you can contact us to apply for free repair services.

  3. Exclusions: Human-induced damage (such as dropping, water damage, disassembly, unauthorized repairs), normal wear and tear (such as earbud aging), and damage caused by force majeure are not covered under warranty.

(B) Return/Exchange Rules for Other Products

For all other brand products (power banks, mice, chargers, dumbbells, badminton rackets, pens, cups, chopsticks, toothbrushes), no warranty is provided at this time. They are only eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt (based on logistics delivery time).

Returns and exchanges must meet these conditions: The product is unopened, unused, undamaged, and complete with accessories, without affecting resale. If the product has a quality issue, you may request a return or exchange with relevant proof, and we will cover the shipping costs. For non-quality-related returns/exchanges, shipping costs are borne by the customer. For more details, please see the "Lomariw Return and Exchange Policy."

  1. Order Information: You can edit/change orders within 12 hours of placing them according to your needs. In-stock orders usually ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with an actual delivery time of 5-7 business days.

  2. After-Sales Processing Time: We will communicate a solution with you within 1-2 business days after receiving your after-sales application. Please be patient.

  3. Lomariw reserves the final interpretation right of this policy. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels.
