Product Return and Exchange Policy (For Customers)

Thank you for choosing our products, which include digital items, sports and fitness gear, stationery and office supplies, and home essentials, specifically headphones, power banks, mice, chargers, dumbbells, badminton rackets, pens, cups, chopsticks, toothbrushes, etc. To protect your legal rights, please carefully read our return and exchange policy outlined below.

I. Preconditions for Returns and Exchanges

  1. All return and exchange requests must first be submitted via our official email at service@mail.lomariw.com and can only be processed upon receiving written approval. Unauthorized cancellations or returns will be rejected, and any returned products without prior consent will not be accepted, with related costs borne by you.

  2. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UTC+8:00). You may inquire about returns and exchanges during these hours.

  3. Within 12 hours of placing an order, you may request to edit or change the order information. After 12 hours, requests will be handled according to the following return and exchange rules.

II. Rules for Returns and Exchanges in Different Scenarios

(A) Order Cancellation (Before Receipt)

  • Shipping Label Not Created: Full refund available with no fees.

  • Shipping Label Created but Not Shipped: Canceling requires a fee of 10% of the product's original price. Refunds will be processed after approval.

  • Order Shipped: The shipment cannot be intercepted. You may refuse delivery upon arrival or accept and contact us for a return shipping label. Once the package is returned and verified, a restocking fee of 20% of the product's original price will be charged before refund processing.

(B) Returns and Exchanges After Delivery

  • Unopened Packages (Within 14 Calendar Days): Provide photo and video evidence of unopened packages. Upon approval, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once returned and verified, a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s original price will be charged before refund processing.

  • Non-Quality Related Returns/Exchanges (Within 30 Calendar Days): For returns/exchanges due to reasons such as disinterest, size issues, or personal preference, provide photos and videos showing the product packaging matches the original. Obtain return authorization, cover return shipping, and once returned and verified, a restocking fee of 25% of the product’s original price applies. Requests beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

  • Minor Defects/Stains (Within 14 Calendar Days): Inspect products within 14 days of receipt. If minor defects or stains are found, contact us promptly via email for further assistance. Issues reported after 14 days will be considered as arising from use and will not be addressed.

III. Non-returnable Products

The following products do not qualify for returns or exchanges unless under extreme special circumstances, requiring prior written approval:

  • Special custom orders
  • Second-hand products or those with obvious signs of use
  • Discounted items

IV. Refund Information

  1. Eligible refunds will be completed within 7 business days after the return package is received and verified. For delayed refunds, contact us through the official email with relevant proof for further clarification.

  2. Shipping Information: In-stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), with an actual delivery time of 5-7 business days.

Important Reminder

If you need to return a product, please do not directly refuse FedEx/UPS parcels. First, accept the delivery, then request a return shipping label from us via official email to avoid unnecessary losses.

This policy applies only to products purchased within the United States. Purchasing our products signifies agreement to this return and exchange policy. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
