Lomariw Copyright Policy (For Users)

Welcome to the Lomariw platform and product services. Lomariw is a company operating in the U.S., specializing in niche general merchandise, with main categories including digital products (headphones, power banks, mice, chargers), sports and fitness products (dumbbells, badminton rackets), stationery and office supplies (fountain pens), and household daily necessities (cups, chopsticks, toothbrushes). II. User Rights and Obligations

(A) User Rights

1. Users have the right to browse and view product information and copyrighted content published by our company within reasonable limits for personal understanding and purchasing purposes;

2. If users discover any content on our platform that infringes on third-party copyrights, or if their own copyrights have been infringed by the platform's users or our company's content, they have the right to submit a complaint according to this policy and request an investigation.

(B) User Obligations

1. Users must not use, copy, distribute, modify, or adapt Lomariw's or third parties' copyrighted content without authorization, including but not limited to using product images for commercial promotion, plagiarizing product descriptions, imitating product designs, or distributing unauthorized promotional materials;

2. Users must not engage in any copyright-infringing activities using our products or platform content, including but not limited to printing unauthorized copyright patterns on products, or distributing infringing content through the platform;

3. If users wish to use our copyrighted content for non-commercial purposes (e.g., personal sharing), they must contact us in advance for written authorization and indicate the source as Lomariw, without altering the original meaning of the content;

4. Respect copyright protection periods, and for content in the public domain, ensure that the use does not infringe on derivative rights or trademark rights still under protection, nor confuse users about the product's origin.

III. Infringement Handling Rules

(A) Infringement Complaint Process

1. If you believe Lomariw's products or content infringe on your copyrights, or you notice other users engaging in copyright infringement, please send a complaint email to our official email service@mail.lomariw.com. The email should include the following materials (must be true and valid; false complaints will incur legal responsibility):

• Complainant’s identity information (individuals must provide name and contact details; businesses must provide business license and legal representative info);

• Proof of copyright ownership (e.g., copyright registration certificate, creation drafts, authorization proof);

• Specific description of the infringing act (including links to infringing content, product names, infringement scenarios, etc.);

• Specific complaint request (such as requesting deletion of infringing content, stopping sales of infringing products, compensation for damages, etc.).

2. Customer service will receive and review complaint materials during working hours (Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM, UTC+8:00). The review period is 1-3 working days, and the results will be communicated through the contact information you provided.

(B) Measures for Infringement

1. If infringement is verified, Lomariw will immediately take measures such as deleting infringing content, removing infringing products, restricting the relevant user's platform access, and for severe cases, terminating cooperation or pursuing legal responsibility;

2. If the complaint is found unsubstantiated, or falls under fair use or public domain content exemptions, Lomariw will dismiss the complaint and explain the reasons to the complainant;

3. For malicious or false complaints, or misuse of complaint rights, Lomariw reserves the right to restrict the user's complaint privileges, and for severe cases, pursue legal action. Any damage caused to our company will be claimed in accordance with the law.

IV. Disclaimer

1. Lomariw has fulfilled its due diligence regarding copyright review for platform content and product design but cannot exclude infringement resulting from third parties concealing copyright information. Such cases will be addressed promptly upon receiving a valid complaint, and no proactive infringement liability will be assumed;

2. Users are solely responsible for legal liabilities arising from disputes over unauthorized use of copyrighted content in violation of this policy. Damages caused to Lomariw will be legally pursued for compensation;

3. For works in the public domain, Lomariw's use complies with relevant U.S. copyright law specifications, and any infringement disputes arising from user use of such works are unrelated to our company.

V. Additional Information

1. This copyright policy applies only to products and platform content operated by Lomariw. Copyright disputes between users and third parties should be resolved through mutual agreement, and our company does not assume mediation responsibilities;
